- Minimum Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 2,75
- 3 Years employment bond
- Single and willing to remail single during employment bond
- Pleasant personality and confident
- Good attitude, analytical and strong leadership
- Pass the selection test and interview
- Willing to be located in any Bank Windu branches
