ASSISTANT SECURITY MANAGER

Qualification and Skill requirement

• At least associate degree from any major
• Male/female, maximum 35 years old
• Experience as chief security minimum 3 years, having experience in managerial positions may also be an advantage
• Experience in law enforcement training, and military or security system management
• Have training from reputable security agencies would be prefer
• Be able to solve practical problems quickly and efficiently
• Be able to handle paperwork and fill out reports for management
• Must effectively respond to questions and concerns raised by top management, customers, and security staff as well as
• Must possess supervisory and management skills
• Be able to communicate well and be suspicious with all activities happening at all times

Responsibility :

• Assisting the security manager in coordination of security operations, as well as managing, training, and assessing of the entire security personnel.
• Writing and developing security policies and procedures for the security department.
• Monitor all unauthorized vandalism and removal of property, review and report accidents that happened within the vicinity, inspect all areas for safety and security hazard
• Conducting internal investigation when necessary, providing courteous service
• Managing the schedules of security personnel and tracking their attendance.
