Responsibilities:
KONE INDO ELEVATOR, PT
- Accountable for developing KONE position in his/her customer base or market area
- Proactively sell tendered modernization sales
- Analyze LIS (ongoing) database & C4L (equipment checkup) for sales opportunities
- Carry out surveys, communicate and follow through to clients
- Handling direct sales of company spareparts
- Prepare quotations, tenders, pricing and involve in negotiations
- Responsible for achievement of business targets
- Technical competence and ability to showcase sophisticated company products to target customers
- Ability to demonstrate technical products with a Front line sales approach is desirable
- Advise clients on technical issues relation to quotations.
- Process orders and handover to installation.
- Report activities and opportunities utilising customer record management.
- Proactively develop and create customer relationships in his/her scope of work.
- Would be to assist maintenance business by identifying and selling to clients and maintaining contract
- Necessary for the interested applicant to have strong interest in meeting new people along with an ability to sell.
- The prospective applicant should also possess strong communication skills, positive, confident and determined approach, high degree of self motivation and ambition along with resilience and ability to cope with rejection
- Maximum age 30 years old and Bachelor Degree in Technical
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Having passion to do proactive sales approach & customer focus
- A strong commitment to safety in the work place
- Ability and willingness to travel within the region as required
- Computer literacy including SAP & Microsoft Office packages would be advantageous
- Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply
