MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Learn
and master the skill about the organization’s plans and actions whether
it’s consistent with appropriate regulations as well as internal
procedures. So, there is no conflict of interest between certain jobs
and departments.
In
1-2 years, MT will be prepared and trained to enter the management
level. He/She will then master the skill of compliance, training and
leadership in order to be placed at our new project.
Therefore, an MT must possess these following criteria’s:
- Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field
- Confident and student mentality
- Required skills: leadership and mentoring
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
