We, as one of LG International’s subsidiary company in Jakarta, are building a hydro power plant in North Sumatera. We need immediate qualified candidates to join our teams in the following open-position:

HR AND GA (HRGA) SUPERVISOR

Job Description :

To maintain and enhance the human resources through planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations, compnay policies, programs and HR best practices. 

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age max 35 years
• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years experiences  in related field.
• Proven record in recruitment, employee relation, industrial relations and performance management
• Have extensive experience and knowledge in Human Resources area and Indonesian labor law / government regulation
• Excellent communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia (speaking, writing and listening)
• Able to make decision and problem solving skills, strong leadership, creative, managerial skill and mature. 

Responsibities:

• Managing both HR & GA team
• Develop and monitor HR policies and ensuring its alignment with HR regional policy
• Provide advices to the management to meet the the government regulation
• Prepare supporting data for payroll process, calculation of income tax art 21
• Up date employee data for helath insurance, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Ensuring all the expatriate data is valid and up to date
• Develop performance management program including to set up the KPI
• Develop, execute and monitor training program and social activities for the employee
• All HR related task or project which will be given by the BOD
• All related general affair task such as ticketing, hotel reservation, procurement and distribution of stationery and office equipment.
