Documentation Export Import Staff
Job Description
- Responsible for preparing and checking documents - import-export documents (shipping instruction, invoices, packing lists, PIB - PEB)
- Prepare and deliver reports exports - imports to the relevant agencies
- Coordinate the preparation of export legally and administratively ensure readiness
- Familiar with export and import documents
- Understand the procedures flat file and customs procedures
- Understand the procedure of traffic customer service / transhipment / space allocation
- Preferably have worked in companies shipping / forwarding
- Minimum Education D3 all departments, min GPA 3.00.
- Work experience as exim at least 3 years and have the knowledge to deal with the process of export-import and documentation (B / L, L / C, etc)
- Fluent in English and minimal computer MS Office
- Ability to work individually and in a team, under pressure, and work within deadlines
- Having leadership skills and good problem solving
- Placement in Jakarta
