Senior Data Scientist and Analytics Job (Online E-Commerce)

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an established local online E-commerce provider, which offers online E-commerce and search engines for buying and selling products. Our respected client is seeking a marketing professional for the job of Senior Data Scientist and Analytics, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities will include:

Perform exciting data mining process

Reveals and share business insights to all business owners

Harvesting insights to answer and support business decision

Develop and produce actionable insights and proactively deliver it to business owners

Develop and execute propensity models to support targeted CLM campaign

Maintain and enhance analytics data mart and single view of customers

Job Requirements

Minimum S1 level, prefer Master w/ technical background or relevant field

Ability to build and perform complex data queries

Exposure in developing propensity models (IE. Market basket, Churn propensity, Next best offer)

Experience in collaborating and supporting CLM team analysis and performance measurement

Experience in operating data mining & propensity models tools (IE. R, SAS, KXEN, or other preferable tools)

Collaborative and have strong drives to influence

Convenient in operating in a fast, diverse and agile environment
