Electrical Supervisor

• Min. High School Graduated. Appropriate apprenticeship training program is preferably and extensive electrical system maintenance experience.
• Five years of electrical installation, repair and maintenance experience includes two years of supervisor experience.
• Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities :
• Responsible experience as a lead worker, team leader, or crew leader.
• Experience in the direct supervision of Electricians.
• Thorough knowledge of the standard practices, tools and terminology of the electrical trade;
• Thorough knowledge of electrical theory thorough knowledge of the safety hazards of the environment.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel as well as form & foster collaborative relationships within the business and externally
• Ability to prepare reports and implement quality control measures
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the tools, equipment and materials common to the electrical trade.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of electrical applications for high and low voltage electrical systems.
• Skill in the installation, repair and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment and components.
• Skill in estimating time and material requirements of assigned work projects.
