MANAGEMENT TRAINEE STORE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift.
• Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups.

Requirements :

• Age maximum 28 years old
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable University, with GPA minimum 3.00
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Interesting to work in Restaurant and have service oriented
• Strong leadership & good influence
• Hard worker, high initiative, full responsibilities, & result oriented
• Willing to be placed in all HokBen Store (Jabodetabek)
• Willing to be work on holiday & shift system
