MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Requirements:

• Male, age maximum 25 years Education min. S1 Industrial Engineering,Industrial Management or Chemical Engineering
• Must be able to organize / manage all employees in the production department concerned (ranging from hours of work, the ability of each employee in the department and all the specific tasks to be completed).
• Complete the task that is given to efficiently and effectively as possible and on time.
• Accept and understand the work plan (planning) is given and communicate well with other departments related to that of the existing production plan can be run with the best.
• Looking for problem solving together with the employer so that the production process can be run well.
