We are now seeking the qualified for the following challenging position:

ESTATE MANAGER (PLASMA / KEMITRAAN )

Requirements : Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related Engineering from one of the reputable Universities. At Least 3 years of working experience as estate manager in Palm Oil Company. Ability to manage all agricultural practice includes nursery/ plasma on site location. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PLASMA / KEMITRAAN Ability in budgeting of all the services and annual expenses to each estate. Ability to manage social and community relation on site location Excellent Communication skill, reporting and presentation are mandatory.
