Responsibilities:
- Research, prospect, qualify and identify potential customers for products or services
- Arrange for presentation and/or demonstration of solutions to prospects
- Develop sales& marketing plans/strategy to introduce products/solutions in new markets
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess the needs and system requirements
- Penetrate and open up new accounts and markets
- Cold call to set up appointments
- Manage and maintain existing customers to achieve customer satisfaction by gathering feedback
- Submit timely reports in the CRM system: Daily Visit & Weekly Report
- Update contacts timely in the CRM system
- Constant improving technical competency to educate prospects with the ideal solution and best practices
- Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing and emerging technologies and the latest product line developments
- Attend trade shows and seminar to promote products or to learn about industry developments
- Staffing booths at trade shows/exhibitions
- Provide fast response to any enquiries within 48 hours
Requirements:
- Good written and fluent in English
- Has passionate, positive and proactive attitude and be able take ownership of his/her work
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience inindustrial sales (B2B)
- Knowledge and experience in automation and marine business
- Require to travel around Indonesia regions to expand customers’ base
- Strong analytical, product management, key account management
- Aptitude to acquire new skills, technical and product knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in handling pressure and deadline
