Responsibilities:
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, and conference telephone calls Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
- Ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are manage effectively.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place match his requirements.
- Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.
- Organize Annual Meetings and periodical meetings when necessary.
Requirements:
- Female min 27 years old, Single
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any discipline, preferably in Communication, or Business Administration, Secretary, or Public Relation
- Having at least 1 year experience in the same field, or fresh graduated are welcome
- Has the ability of public speaking, communication, and write good business letters.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and be flexible as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and deadlines.
