Employee Benefit Consultant
Responsibilities
- You
will be providing Corporate Clients or Entrepreneurs with Employee
Benefits Programs for their employees. Perform activities as a
consultant employee benefit products that are reliable,
- Dealing
directly with Corporate customers, Sequislife agents that providing
business referrals, and other third parties associated with B2B
activity. Human capital is the most valuable assets to every companies
success.
- Having
the right compensation and benefits package in accordance to the Labor
Law stimulation are essential to attract and retain the right talents to
the company. As an EBC, we aimed to partner our Corporate clients in
formulating the most suitable Employees Benefits Program for them.
Requirements
- Age between 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, with minimum GPA 2.75, overseas graduate will be advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience in financial services / insurance / bank
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Comfortable dealing with people in a professional environment
- Well organized and keen with accuracy
- Communicative
- Customer oriented
