Alliance One Indonesia a leading independent leaf tobacco merchants is seeking for candidate to fill the following position:

STP MANAGER

Qualification:

2-3 years work experience in the agricultural industry, project management skills and be conversant with NGO related labor practices
Achieving business objectives regarding all Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
Formulate training programs on GAP with ability to criteria and present such programs.
Participate in long term strategy development and budgetary planning.
Good communication skills, computer skills, fluent in English both verbal and written
Preferably graduate from an overseas university (major in Marketing, Agronomy, Administration, Economy)
