Our company

Mitrais was established in 2000 to develop excellence in software
development using Indonesia as a base of operations. Our objective is
to be the leading near shore provider of application development
services to the Australian IT industry and a significant player in
other countries. Mitrais is a Microsoft Gold Certified developer, an
Oracle Partner and has also certified products in SAP NetWeaver.

In 2004 we entered the health Industry, developing the Mitrais Medical
Suite (MMS) which we sell globally.

In 2007 we absorbed Mincom Indoservices to extend our operations into
the sale and support of mining software (in particular from Mincom) in
Indonesia.

Today Mitrais has more than 100 clients and employs more than 300
staff in offices in Sydney, Bali, Jakarta and Singapore.

Project Manager

We are looking for Project Manager with proven Account Management
experience to be based in Bandung and Bali. Candidates should possess
a solid 7 – 8 years' experience in the software development field with
at least 2 years in client-facing software development account
management and project management roles.

For this challenging position you will be rewarded with a competitive
salary package reflecting your skills and experience, including
attractive relocation allowance and biannual airfare allowance for
staff relocating to our Bali headquarters.



Responsibilities:

* You will manage multiple simultaneous client engagements,
providing close management of each client relationship. By proactively
managing the relationships (including monitoring, reporting, risk
management and mitigation etc), you will ensure the continuous
alignment of expectations between each client and Mitrais necessary to
create and maintain long-term high-trust partnerships in line with
Mitrais' Mission Statement. -
* You will manage the conduct of multiple software development
engagements in a mix of possible modes (fixed price, time and material
and captive team), utilizing your experience and skills in customer
and project management.
* You will contribute to the customer engagement process by
effectively managing sales support, including managing a pre-sales
team for solution architecting, estimation, and quotation as required.
