Our company

Mitrais was established in 2000 to develop excellence in software
development using Indonesia as a base of operations. Our objective is
to be the leading near shore provider of application development
services to the Australian IT industry and a significant player in
other countries. Mitrais is a Microsoft Gold Certified developer, an
Oracle Partner and has also certified products in SAP NetWeaver.

In 2004 we entered the health Industry, developing the Mitrais Medical
Suite (MMS) which we sell globally.

In 2007 we absorbed Mincom Indoservices to extend our operations into
the sale and support of mining software (in particular from Mincom) in
Indonesia.

Today Mitrais has more than 100 clients and employs more than 300
staff in offices in Sydney, Bali, Jakarta and Singapore.

Administration Assistant - Based in Bali



Assistant for our head office in Bali. You should have a Bachelor
degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration,
Management or Economics with good English proficiency, +2 yrs exp in
Multi National Company, willing to learn, able to work independently
or in a team. You should be able to perform various admin tasks &
deliver the highest standard i.e. business correspondence and assist
with data analysis/entry.


General Requirements:

- Minimum S1 in Engineering/Management/Business
Administration/Economics/English Literature with GPA of 2.80 or above
from reputable university.

- Excellent English Proficiency.

- Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Must be able to work independently or in team with attention to details.

- Good personality, self motivated, well organized and able to work
under pressure, trustworthy and high sense of loyalty.

- Be prepared to live and work in Bali.


Training will be offered to the right candidate. A promising career
