RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

* Do check in and check out guest (walk in, personal, group)
* Take reservations by phone, making and modifying reservations
* Taking care of any guest complaints or room issues.
* Handling cashiering of guest payment.
* Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift.
* Preparing daily reports and balancing transactions.
* Fluent in English both oral and written
