RECEPTIONIST NEEDED IMMEDIATELY



We are looking for a full time receptionist for telecommunication company.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet the visitors and customers as they enter the office or building
2. Answer incoming calls, screen and then direct the calls to the
correct person or department.
3. Get and pass on the received messages.
4. Help the customer with basic requests like setting appointments,
provide information regarding the fax number or address, and answer
any queries callers have.
5. Offer beverages to the visitors and then give them any paperwork
which is required for the appointment.
6. Direct visitors to right destinations with courtesy and in a
professional manner.
7. Keep an eye on the movement of staffs who are going in and out
of the office or building.
8. Required to finish basic office clerical tasks.
9. Receive and categorize the mails and deliveries.
10. Maintain manual or electronic appointment diary.
11. Arrange and organize for meetings.
12. Keep the reception area neat and tidy.


Requirements:

1. Female, with age range 23-27 years
2. Good Looking and polite personality
3. Graduated from reputable university, certified, minimum D3 or S1
with min GPA 2.5
4. Ability to communicate in English
5. Computer literate, MS Office
