INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (IT Business) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
This position would support the Service Sales Manager in identify,
mining and preparing adhoc job quotation for the installed base of
APC-MGE and providing sales support to the SG-Sales Manager - Channel
to achieve the targeted sales revenue and growth goals. The person is
also responsible to manage and ensure the installed base are updated
with newly installed components / services and assists with activities
associated with the assigned distribution and reseller accounts
including administrative activities related to channel marketing.
Requirements:
* S1 Electronics or Electrical
* Min. 2 -3 years sales administration or customer service experience
* Customer service skills (telephone, problem-solving and
resolving complaints)
* Good verbal communication skills; able to communicate to all
levels, both internal and external customers
* Proficient in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Able to work independently
* Self-motivated and possess the ability to multi-task
* Strong organizing skills is a must
* Based in Cilandak
