About the role
We are looking for someone to manage the operational delivery of our education quality assurance framework. As Education Quality Assurance Manager, you will manage a small team working to ensure that providers of professional education, training and development for nurses, midwives and future regulated roles meet our required standards.
You will be responsible for developing annual implementation plans for our education quality assurance activity and monitor the effectiveness of our methods. You will be responsible for ensuring that our approach to quality assurance is evidence based and uses relevant data and intelligence to inform our approach.
The successful candidate will also manage and quality assure our system for AEIs (Approved Education Institutions) and practice placement partners to exception report risks to programme delivery, ensuring the development and implementation of proportionate risk triage and action plans.
Skills and experience required
We are looking for a candidate with experience of working on quality assurance initiatives and experience and understanding of the education and healthcare sectors. You will also have experience of managing people, have good interpersonal skills and be able to provide support and guidance to others. You will be very organised and able to plan and deliver work.
You will have excellent analytical skills and experience of writing reports and briefings. You will also have experience of engaging with stakeholders.
